The differences between the teaching methods of Charles Dickens and Katherine Watson is that Katherine wants the girls to give their own opinion and say what they think about things because to her, there is no right or wrong answer. On the other hand, Charles Dickens wants cold hard facts which means he wants the absolute right answer from his students with no excuses at all. To him, there should never be a wrong answer, but only the facts.
